BREEZY LINES
Marble display centre located on outskirts of Bangalore.
A holistic approach is adopted for master plan of 1,10,000sft property. Front area houses a display centre of 17,000 sft (in steel structure) with ground, mezzanine and first floor. A truck entry is carved in this building, leading to a warehouse behind this structure. Staff quarters, dining area for guests and 10,000 sft landscaped area is planned toward the end of property. Façade is planned for maximum visibility. The clear glass is veiled with corten steel fins forming a parametric façade.
Interiors are intended to enrich the experience with fluid circulation. Geometric shapes laced with custom-designed, strong color palettes that would both encapsulate spaces for marble display whilst standing out as a work of art itself.
A feeling of "serenity" inside in every phase of the visitor experience, in contrast to the dynamic pattern that the building appertains outside is invoked.
